I must say that once a day however when I find a note like this hidden on the door frame behind the door its hard to be angry.

What a funny little man

As I was sitting enjoying my post-workout coffee today I noticed that the lighting at the gym was held by little tin men. I thought it was cool. Looks like he's balancing on a high wire.

Up close and personal

Its not everyday that you get to stand right next to a giraffe. It really brought into perspective how tall they really are. We were lucky to be passing right as the trainers walked them by.

At Peace

Rick overlooking the gravestones of Bruce and Brandon Lee. We visited the graves while in Seattle this weekend. This was a HUGE deal for Rick and I'm glad we were able to do this.
